Delete account
Mein Baubüro is an app and web application by Hiprocall GmbH for trade and construction companies. Here you learn how to delete your account and what happens to your data.
In the “Mein Baubüro” app
- Sign in to the app.
- Tap “More” at the bottom, then “Privacy”.
- Choose “Delete account”, read the notes and confirm with your password (plus the code if two-factor sign-in is active).
On the web
- Sign in to the web application.
- Open “My data” and scroll to “Delete account”.
- Read the notes and confirm with your password.

What happens next
- Your account is locked immediately. You are signed out on all devices.
- Your company decides on the deletion within 30 days. Without a decision, your account is then anonymised automatically: name, email address, password and two-factor data are removed.
- Your company can only refuse for legal reasons (Art. 17(3) GDPR); you receive the reason by email.
- The deletion applies to your access in this company. If you work for several companies, delete each access separately.
What is retained
Your company must keep payroll and working-time records for statutory periods (including § 147 AO, § 41 EStG, § 16 ArbZG). They remain pseudonymised – without name and email address – with the company and are deleted when the period ends. Details are in the privacy policy (German).
Are you the last person managing the company?
The last person with admin or data protection rights cannot delete their own account – otherwise nobody could decide on deletions and access any more. Their account stays active. Under “My data” → “Delete account” they instead request (with their password) closing the whole company; we then get in touch. Alternatively they hand over the administration to someone else first.

If you can no longer sign in, email datenschutz@hiprocall.de with the name of your company and the email address of your account. We forward your request to your company and confirm receipt.
